Trends in International Arrivals to the U.S.
In 2010, the United States welcomed only 1% more overseas travelers than it did in 2000, despite an extraordinarily weak U.S. dollar and an additional 60 million long-haul travelers worldwide (up 40%).
"North America" includes arrivals to the U.S. from Canada and Mexico. "Overseas" travel to the U.S. excludes Canada and Mexico.
